Duke Warner Realty

In Memoriam: Danielle Powell

Mother. Wife. Friend. Colleague.
And to so many of us, a truly special presence.

As many in our community are already aware, the Duke Warner Realty family recently lost Danielle Powell—an exceptional individual whose impact reached far beyond the walls of our office. Danielle was the kind of person who made people feel seen, supported, and genuinely cared for. Her kindness was not performative; it was woven into how she lived, worked, and showed up for others every day.

Professionally, Danielle was admired for her integrity, dedication, and quiet confidence. She approached her work with thoughtfulness and pride, always holding herself to a high standard while extending grace and encouragement to those around her. She embodied what it means to be a true professional—one who leads with both competence and compassion.

Personally, Danielle was a devoted mother of two, a loving wife, and a cherished friend. Her warmth, generosity, and steady presence created lasting connections, and her absence will be deeply felt by all who knew her. She had a way of brightening rooms, easing moments, and reminding us—often without words—of the importance of kindness and humanity.

Danielle’s legacy lives on in the lives she touched, the relationships she built, and the example she set for how to move through the world with empathy and purpose. While we grieve her loss, we are also grateful—for the time we shared with her, for the laughter and lessons, and for the lasting imprint she leaves behind.

Our hearts are with Danielle’s family, friends, and loved ones during this incredibly difficult time. She will always be remembered as a bright light in our community and a valued member of the Duke Warner Realty family.

Services will be held at the Riverhouse on Sunday February 22nd from 1-5pm for any and all who want to pay respects.
