My husband and I moved to Bend from Orlando, FL to be near our son and his family. We had searched for homes online from FL and had our son check several out. I attempted to sell my Bend resort property with a realtor who was a “friend.” I went June, July, August and half of September without an offer. I was very concerned I would not be able to sell the property before winter came. I had met Catherine Beaton very briefly in May when I was getting the place ready to sell and she walked by.
