Customers Come First! That’s the philosophy that has kept Fred Johnson in business for over 30 years in Central Oregon Real Estate.

Raised in Eugene, Fred moved to Bend in 1976 to be a ski bum and enjoy the great outdoors. Settling here with his wife and two kids, many years later he continues to “live, work and play” the Central Oregon lifestyle. He has always been active in the local community, participating in various committees & neighborhood associations such as the Comprehensive Plan Review Committee and the Old Mill District Advisory Committee, as well as teaching real estate classes at Central Oregon Community College. Fred is also active in the Central Oregon Associations of REALTORS, where he currently serves as a member of the Grievance and Professional Standards Committee, to help resolve potential disputes between interested parties. During his career, Fred has witnessed the growth of a small saw mill town into a robust community that is driven by tourism and the entrepreneurial spirit. Fred is passionate about the quality of life in Bend, Oregon, and he believes that through honest and fair dealings, his customers’ needs are always a first priority.
