Duke Warner Realty ERA Powered is a Bend, Oregon real estate brokerage with deep roots in Central Oregon. Established in 1967, our company has grown alongside the community while remaining committed to local expertise, personal relationships, and exceptional service.

From humble beginnings, Duke Warner Realty has grown into one of Bend, Oregon's most established real estate brokerages. Our story begins with Kitty Warner, who earned her real estate broker's license in 1958, at a time when women faced significant barriers in the industry. Despite those challenges, Kitty built a remarkable career spanning 46 years, navigating four recessions and witnessing the tremendous growth of Bend and Central Oregon.

In 1962, after the passing of her husband, Wayne Korish, Kitty moved from Camp Sherman, where she had grown up, to the small town of Bend. There, she met fellow Realtor® Duke Warner, who would later become her husband and a father figure to her six children. Together, Kitty and Duke opened a small real estate office near Mirror Pond, so close to the water that they joked the geese might walk right through the door! As their business grew, they moved to a larger office at 3rd and Seward, welcomed additional real estate brokers, and eventually expanded into the neighboring space.

Kitty and Duke Warner built their brokerage on hard work, integrity, personal relationships, and a genuine love for the Central Oregon community. Those values remain at the heart of Duke Warner Realty ERA Powered today, as our team continues helping buyers and sellers throughout Bend and the surrounding communities.
