Zillow Zestimates versus a Professional CMA
Ahh Zillow, we’ve all gone it to find information on a home or just to look to see what’s out there. One of their features is called the Zillow ‘zestimate’ that gives a ballpark price range of a property. While this seems like a plus, this feature can’t always account for varying property features that often come about when appraising a home.
